|Recommended: YesI toured this place as an option for my mother and was blown away. The peace I felt inside the walls was therapeutic. I could definitely see myself living there, so I would feel very safe having it for my mother. The bedrooms on the 1 and 2 bedrooms aren't very large all looked similarly sized , but they are functional. The storage is adequate, it is beautifully styled, and it smells wonderful. Alyssa was patient and kind, and it really has me thinking. Parking might be an issue, but that is typical for the type of development. If you are a light sleeper, I imagine that could be problematic. The amenities and rates for them is fair and the security of the building is a plus if you live alone.
Cons The floor in one of the units was sloped, and if you are on the Sample Road side, you have an ugly view of the abandoned plaza.

|Recommended: YesParking sucks. Guest have to pay for parking now because of the “restaurants” that opened up.
If you wanna wake up randomly 2-3 times a month in the middle of the night because of the fire alarm then this is the place for you.
Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re sorry to hear that the guest parking system is not working well for you or your visitors. While guest parking within the garage is managed and enforced due to limited availability and retail demand, there is free public and street parking available nearby for guests as an alternative.
Regarding the fire alarms, we understand how disruptive these events can be. The alarm system is a required life‑safety feature and is triggered by resident actions. Unfortunately, these situations are outside of management’s direct control, and the system cannot be selectively disabled. We continue to address incidents as they occur and remind residents of building policies to help reduce disruptions.

Also, when there was a maintenance issue, it was always resolved within 24 hours. Again Issues were taken care of promptly professionally.
