|Recommended: NoIt's a new property, so of course, it shows very well. Been a resident for 5 months. 2 major issues - package room Amazon locker is a disaster and gets worse and worse by the day. I often go into the room and the entire floor is filled with packages and you have to go through and find yours
Parking garage as other reviews mention has safety issues due to the speed that many residents drive. However, parkiing is MUCH worse now. The bldg got it's first retail tenant and it appears it must have been a tough negotiation as TacoCraft took the majority of the visitor spots in the parking garage . In the mid afternoon to 11pm these spots are all taken and their is very unsafe driving behavior. It's only time before an accident occurs. Furthermore, you come home after working a long hard day and I've been in line of 5-6 cars waiting in line in the parking garage to get through the Taco Craft reserved parking area to get to the residents gate in the parking garage. It's not fun at all.

|Recommended: NoProperty Review. — Upon first glance, the property seems pleasant with its impressive amenities. However, the quality of construction is subpar. The countertops in the apartments are easily stained, and the paint chips off easily. The sound of children running in the hallways can be heard throughout the building, and there is a noticeable smell of marijuana in the elevators, pool area, and the surrounding building, despite the property's claim to be a smoke-free community. This odor is particularly strong after hours when there is no one present to enforce the rules. Careless dog owners often leave dog feces around the community, so please be cautious when walking around. Housekeeping can do a better job of cleaning the hallways, stairways, and parking lot area as trash can be found in these areas. It would be wise for parents to accompany children when using the amenities to prevent the destruction of the property, particularly the game room, as it seems to be more of a playground, and items are either stolen or destroyed. Finally, residents do not follow the speed limit in the parking garage, and cars can often be seen speeding in and out of the garage. It is only a matter of time before someone hits another car.

|Recommended: YesModera 6th floor tenant — Property is brand new. I am the first to live in the apartment. So not much to review. The staff is amazing, the amenities are great. I have not needed maintenance for anything as everything is brand new. Very spacious apartment. Limited closet space. They do over storage at a cost. The only con is that I have to pay for parking monthly as a resident. I don’t believe residents should have to pay for parking.

|Recommended: YesGreat building, great services, awesome location — AC was repaired right away which was the only issue we encountered. Safety is a priority when apartment hunting so this building was our top. Rents may seem high but once you compare to the other ones in the area, the amenities outweigh the price. Anthony and Joe have been amazing with the move and overall help.
